Global Runners
Our work

Global Runners
Global Runners is a running, walking, trail and hiking group based in Mulhouse and open to the whole world. Its members move forward together, each at their own pace, on site or remotely, and put their kilometres to work for good causes.
The group was founded in 2020 by Charlotte Cordier, managing director of REIDROCHA. It is a personal project born of two experiences: the simultaneous start of the Wings for Life World Run across the globe, and the early-morning outings of Paris running groups, where a run became the best way to show the city to people from elsewhere.
A committed project
Charlotte Cordier had always wanted to act for the environment without leaving her profession. Global Runners is her answer: using sport, and the virtual world, to bring together people from all backgrounds across time zones, and to make every outing count.
- Concrete causes: proceeds from the shop and charity runs support French public-interest associations that protect animals and nature, such as the LPO, WWF France, France Nature Environnement and the SPA, with a donations report published every year.
- Health advice: the website publishes short articles on training, nutrition, sleep and recovery, reviewed by the group’s coaches.
- Shared events: marathons, eco-responsible trail runs and group outings, in France and abroad.
The long-term goal is clear: if Global Runners manages to gather and motivate enough people, to turn it into a foundation, so that the work continues beyond borders and beyond its founder.
Visual identity
We created the Global Runners logo: a running shoe launched forward, its sole drawing the R of the name, and an italic typeface that conveys movement. Orange and black, energetic and legible from afar, are carried across the website, social media, race bibs and the group’s T-shirts.
Website
We designed and built globalrunners.org: a fast, understated, mobile-first website with the race calendar, registrations, a photo gallery, health advice, the charity shop and a presentation of the associations supported. The site is in French, and its content is written to rank well on searches related to running and charity sport.
