Article 1. In brief
The reidrocha.com website sets no advertising cookies and no audience measurement cookies. We do not track you from one site to another and we do not sell any data. That is why no window asks you to accept cookies when you arrive.
Article 2. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file saved on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit a website. Equivalent technologies, such as the browser’s local storage, follow the same rules.
In France, Article 82 of the loi Informatique et Libertés [French Data Protection Act] and the guidelines of the CNIL [French data protection authority] require your prior consent for any cookie that is not strictly necessary for the website to function. In Switzerland, Article 45c of the Telecommunications Act and the Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) require that you be informed of their use and allowed to refuse them.
Article 3. The only cookie set by REIDROCHA
- Name: reidrocha_prive
- Purpose: to remember that you have entered the password for a sample page reserved for our clients, so you are not asked for it again.
- When: only if you open one of these pages and enter the password.
- Duration: 30 days.
- Type: a strictly necessary cookie, which contains no personal data and can only be read by our website. It is therefore exempt from consent.
Article 4. Embedded content from third-party platforms
Some project pages embed videos and documents hosted by other services. These platforms may store information on your device according to their own rules:
- Vimeo: videos are embedded in “Do Not Track” mode, which disables tracking of your visits. Vimeo cookie policy
- YouTube: videos are embedded in “privacy-enhanced” mode (youtube-nocookie.com): no cookie is set until you start playback. Google policies
- Google Docs: a few presentation documents are displayed from Google. Google policies
Article 5. How to refuse or delete cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings:
Refusing cookies does not prevent you from browsing the website. Only the protected pages will ask you for the password again, and some embedded videos may not play.
Article 6. Changes to this policy
If we ever add an audience measurement tool or a third-party service that sets non-essential cookies, this page will be updated and your consent will be requested before any cookie is set, with the option to refuse as easily as to accept.
