How long does it take to appear on Google?
Google requires you to verify your business (by post, phone, e-mail or video, depending on the case). Once the listing is verified and published, it usually appears within a few days. Its ranking then depends on Google’s algorithms: the more complete and active the listing, the better its chances of ranking well.
My hours change or I close for holidays: what should I do?
After creating the listing, we show you how to update your hours and special closures yourself in a matter of seconds. You can also entrust these updates to us as part of a follow-up service on quotation.
Can my customers book from my listing?
Yes, if your business meets Google’s eligibility criteria. Setting up booking is subject to a separate quotation.
I don’t have a website: is that a problem?
